How to Use These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed in Trivarena, what is prohibited, how the in-game safety tools work, and what Trivarena may do when content or conduct creates risk. They form part of the Trivarena Terms of Use and should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
The examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive. Content or conduct may be restricted when it is materially similar to a listed violation, creates a comparable risk, violates applicable law, or undermines the safety or integrity of the service.

PART I - FOUNDATIONS
1. Purpose and Scope
Trivarena is a trivia game with three principal experiences: Classic Mode, Match Mode, and Trivarena Mode. Trivarena Mode allows players to create and publish public user-generated trivia levels. Match Mode may include other players, eligible connected friends, and computer-controlled opponents. Classic Mode contains developer-provided trivia that may be played offline.
These Guidelines apply to:
- All Trivarena accounts, player names, avatars, and profile information.
- Questions, answers, hints, titles, identifiers, languages, images, edited images, reveal images, and other content included in public levels.
- Matches, friend features, likes, reports, hiding, blocking, sponsorships, sharing, leaderboards, achievements, challenges, purchases, advertisements, rewards, and virtual currencies.
- Attempts to misuse, manipulate, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Trivarena or connected services.
- Off-platform conduct when it is directly connected to Trivarena and creates a credible risk to players, the community, or the service, such as sharing a Trivarena level to harass someone.
Trivarena may also enforce the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, app-store rules, and applicable law. If another policy sets a stricter requirement for a specific feature, the stricter requirement applies.
2. Age, Audience, and Acceptance
Trivarena is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If the law where you live requires consent from a parent or legal guardian at a higher age, you must have that consent before using the service.
All public content must remain suitable for Trivarena's applicable app-store age rating and its general 13+ audience. Trivarena does not provide a separate adult-content area. Content that would require an adult-only audience is not permitted in public levels, profiles, or other player-controlled surfaces.
Before creating or uploading public user-generated content, a player must acknowledge the current Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Trivarena may require renewed acknowledgement after a material policy change. Publishing after acknowledgement means that the player agrees to follow the version then in effect.
3. Public Content and Creator Responsibility
A public level may be visible to players worldwide. Depending on the feature, it may display the creator's public name and avatar; the question, answer choices, correct answer, and hint; uploaded, edited, and reveal images; language or regional information; play, solve, and like counts; sponsorship status; and a public sharing identifier. Do not publish anything you expect to remain private.
The creator is responsible for every element submitted with a level, including material produced with third-party tools. Before publishing, the creator must reasonably verify that the level is understandable, accurate, age-appropriate, lawful, functional, and rights-cleared.
Publication does not mean that Trivarena has reviewed, approved, verified, endorsed, or guaranteed a level's accuracy, ownership, safety, or quality. A level may be visible before manual review. Players should use the in-game safety tools when they encounter a concern.
4. Context, Intent, and Limited Exceptions
Context matters, but context is not a blanket excuse. Trivarena may consider the purpose, presentation, audience, factual value, degree of detail, imagery, likelihood of harm, and whether the content praises, instructs, recruits, humiliates, sexualizes, or deceives.
Factual educational, historical, scientific, medical, artistic, newsworthy, documentary, or awareness-related trivia may be allowed when it is necessary to the question, accurate, non-graphic, age-appropriate, and presented without exploitation, encouragement, or sensationalism.
Humor, satire, parody, fiction, quotation, or public-interest discussion may also be allowed when the context is clear and the content does not create a serious safety risk, infringe rights, target a private person, or mislead players about official status. Trivarena may still limit material that is unsuitable for the app's audience or public feed.
PART II - CONTENT AND CONDUCT STANDARDS
5. Sexual Content, Nudity, and Sexual Exploitation
Do not publish or promote:
- Pornographic or explicit material. This includes explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexualized close-ups, fetish content, or descriptions intended primarily for sexual arousal.
- Sexual solicitation or services. Do not request or offer sexual contact, sexual images, adult services, prostitution, trafficking, or payment for sexual activity.
- Non-consensual intimate material. Do not share intimate images, altered intimate images, sexual deepfakes, or private sexual information without authorization.
- Sexualized or provocative public content. Do not use questions, answers, hints, images, names, avatars, emojis, links, or coded language to evade these rules.
- Adult-site direction. Do not direct players to pornography, sexual services, explicit communities, or external content that would be prohibited inside Trivarena.
Neutral, non-graphic educational references to anatomy, health, history, art, or relationships may be permitted when appropriate for a 13+ audience. Sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor is always prohibited under Section 6.
6. Child Safety
Trivarena has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, child endangerment, grooming, or content that sexualizes or targets minors. Never create, upload, request, share, link to, praise, normalize, conceal, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor, including realistic, fictional, illustrated, computer-generated, or altered material.
- Grooming, sextortion, sexual blackmail, requests for sexual images or information, or attempts to move a minor into an inappropriate private interaction.
- Trafficking, exploitation, sexual solicitation, or commercial abuse of a child.
- Content that identifies a child's home, school, schedule, precise location, private contact information, or other details that could place the child at risk.
- Instructions, challenges, threats, humiliation, or encouragement that expose a child to abuse, dangerous conduct, self-harm, or exploitation.
- Coded language, jokes, roleplay, or fictional framing used to normalize, disguise, or facilitate child exploitation.
Trivarena may immediately remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report suspected child exploitation to appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authorities where required or appropriate. Do not download, redistribute, or investigate suspected child sexual abuse material yourself; report it through the available safety channel and contact local authorities when a child is in immediate danger.
7. Hate, Discrimination, and Violent Extremism
Do not attack, dehumanize, exclude, threaten, or promote hatred or violence against a person or group based on a protected characteristic. Protected characteristics include, as applicable, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, serious disease, or similar personal status.
- Slurs, degrading stereotypes, claims that a protected group is inferior or subhuman, or calls for discrimination, segregation, expulsion, or violence.
- Praise, propaganda, recruitment, fundraising, operational support, or intimidation on behalf of a violent extremist or terrorist organization.
- Symbols, slogans, manifestos, or media used to glorify extremist violence or recruit others.
- Denial, celebration, or mockery of mass atrocities when used to promote hatred or target victims.
Neutral historical or current-events trivia may reference hateful movements, extremist groups, or symbols only when the treatment is factual, proportionate, non-recruiting, and appropriate for the audience.
8. Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse
Do not use Trivarena to humiliate, intimidate, threaten, shame, or repeatedly target another person. This includes:
- Levels, names, avatars, or shared messages created to insult or embarrass a specific player, private person, report submitter, or vulnerable group.
- Sexual harassment, degrading comments, unwanted objectification, or mocking a person's body, disability, identity, grief, illness, or private circumstances.
- Coordinated abuse, dogpiling, malicious reporting campaigns, or encouraging others to attack, expose, block, or shame someone.
- Sharing humiliating images, recordings, allegations, or private communications without a legitimate and lawful basis.
- Retaliation against someone for reporting, hiding, blocking, appealing, or cooperating with a review.
- Defamatory allegations or false statements presented as fact in order to damage a person's reputation.
Respectful disagreement, criticism, competitive play, and good-faith discussion are permitted. Repetition, power imbalance, personal targeting, and the likely effect on the target may turn otherwise ordinary expression into harassment.
9. Violence, Threats, Dangerous Conduct, and Self-Harm
Do not publish or engage in:
- Credible threats or incitement. Do not threaten a person, school, workplace, place of worship, public location, organization, or group, or encourage others to commit violence.
- Graphic or celebratory violence. Do not display graphic gore, torture, mutilation, severe injury, animal cruelty, or content that celebrates real-world death and suffering.
- Operational harm instructions. Do not provide instructions for weapons, explosives, poisons, attacks, evading emergency response, or other conduct likely to cause serious injury.
- Dangerous challenges. Do not encourage reckless behavior, dangerous stunts, substance misuse, or activities that create a foreseeable risk of physical harm.
- Self-harm or suicide promotion. Do not encourage, glorify, pressure, coach, or provide instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behavior, or other serious self-injury.
- Targeted celebration of harm. Do not wish death, serious injury, or disaster on a specific person or group.
Non-graphic, factual trivia about war, crime, medicine, public safety, recovery, or prevention may be allowed. Supportive content that encourages help-seeking may also be allowed when it does not include harmful instructions or romanticize injury. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Trivarena's report system is not an emergency service.
10. Illegal Activity, Regulated Goods, Fraud, and Scams
Do not use Trivarena to promote, arrange, instruct, conceal, or materially assist:
- Fraud, theft, identity theft, phishing, credential theft, hacking, malware, payment abuse, money laundering, or evasion of security controls.
- Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, illegal drug sales, illegal weapons sales, counterfeit documents or goods, or other criminal commerce.
- Illegal gambling, unauthorized lotteries, deceptive competitions, or prizes that misrepresent eligibility, value, or odds.
- Sale or promotion of regulated goods or services in a manner that is unlawful, targets minors, or bypasses age, licensing, or safety requirements.
- Pyramid schemes, fraudulent investments, get-rich-quick claims, impersonated support, fake giveaways, or requests to pay outside authorized systems.
- Evasion of law enforcement or instructions designed to help someone conceal serious criminal conduct.
Factual educational trivia about law, crime, economics, medicine, regulated products, or public safety may be allowed when it does not facilitate wrongdoing or market restricted goods to minors.
11. Privacy, Personal Information, and Doxxing
Do not publish private, confidential, or sensitive information about another person without a lawful and authorized reason. Avoid publishing your own high-risk information in public content. Prohibited information includes:
- Home addresses, precise live locations, school schedules, travel plans, private phone numbers, private email addresses, or non-public social identifiers.
- Passwords, login details, authentication codes, security answers, recovery information, or private account identifiers that could enable unauthorized access.
- Government identification numbers, payment-card details, bank information, tax information, or other financial records.
- Private medical, educational, employment, family, or legal information.
- Private photographs, recordings, documents, or communications shared without permission.
- Any combination of information intended or reasonably likely to enable stalking, intimidation, identity theft, fraud, or harassment.
Do not ask players to provide sensitive information through a question, answer, hint, profile, level image, external link, or shared message. Publicly available information may still be restricted when it is used for harassment, threats, profiling, or targeted harm.
12. Misinformation, Manipulated Media, and Impersonation
Trivia can involve disputed subjects, humor, fiction, and uncertainty, but creators must not intentionally present materially false or misleading claims as fact when the content is likely to cause serious harm or deceive players about an important matter.
- Dangerous false medical advice, fraudulent financial claims, false emergency instructions, or false public-safety information.
- Manipulated or synthetic images, audio, or text presented as authentic evidence in order to defame, defraud, or endanger someone.
- Deliberately incorrect questions or answers designed to mislead rather than provide a legitimate trivia challenge.
- Fake official announcements, fabricated prizes, fraudulent support messages, or claims that Trivarena, mKanaan, a government, a company, or another authority endorses the content.
- Impersonating another player, public figure, company, government body, rights holder, or Trivarena administrator.
- Using a name, avatar, logo, or account pattern intended to confuse players about identity, authority, sponsorship, or account status.
Clearly labeled parody, fiction, hypothetical questions, and good-faith coverage of disputed topics may be permitted when a reasonable player is unlikely to mistake the content for an official or dangerous factual claim.
13. Intellectual Property, Publicity, and Other Rights
Only upload or publish text, images, artwork, logos, photographs, characters, audio-derived text, or other material that you created, own, are authorized to use, is in the public domain, or may lawfully be used in the way presented.
- Do not copy substantial protected material merely because it is available online or can be captured, cropped, blurred, edited, or generated by a tool.
- Do not remove watermarks, ownership notices, or attribution in order to conceal the source.
- Do not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, database, moral, or other proprietary rights.
- Do not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, licensing, or official status.
- Do not upload a person's private likeness or image in a context that is exploitative, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
Legitimate trivia may refer to public figures, historical figures, sports teams, films, music, brands, games, and fictional works where permitted by law. Trivarena may remove or restrict disputed material while a complaint is reviewed, regardless of the creator's belief that the use is lawful.
14. Spam, Advertising, and Manipulative Promotion
Do not publish or distribute:
- Repeated duplicate or near-duplicate levels, mass-produced low-quality content, meaningless submissions, keyword stuffing, or content designed mainly to crowd the public feed.
- Unrelated commercial advertising, referral codes, pyramid schemes, deceptive promotions, or requests to contact the creator for payment, products, or services.
- Misleading links, disguised destinations, malicious downloads, fake support pages, or instructions that move players into a scam.
- Fraudulent competitions, giveaways, sponsorship claims, or prizes.
- Content designed mainly to farm plays, solves, likes, reports, rewards, rankings, sponsorship visibility, or attention.
- Unsolicited or repeated sharing that pressures, annoys, deceives, or harasses recipients.
Good-faith factual trivia about companies, products, entertainment, or brands may be allowed when it is relevant, not deceptive advertising, and compliant with intellectual-property rules.
PART III - GAME AND FEATURE-SPECIFIC RULES
15. Public Level Quality Standards
Public levels should provide a real, understandable, and functional trivia experience. Trivarena may reject, remove, hide, de-prioritize, or limit a poor-quality level even when it is not otherwise illegal or offensive. Quality moderation is separate from safety enforcement.
A public level may be restricted when:
- The question is missing, unreadable, meaningless, excessively vague, not reasonably answerable, or does not match the selected language.
- The selected correct answer is wrong, unsupported, outdated in a misleading way, or intentionally deceptive.
- Answer choices are duplicated, incomplete, nonsensical, unrelated, or structured so that no fair answer is possible.
- The hint is unrelated, reveals the answer inappropriately, contains prohibited material, or misleads the player.
- An image is required but missing, broken, unreadable, irrelevant, extremely low quality, misleading, or unrelated to the question.
- The level is a duplicate or near-duplicate, mass-produced spam, engagement farming, or created mainly to gain sponsorship exposure or rewards.
- The level uses an unsupported format, repeatedly fails to load, abuses symbols or text, or materially reduces the usefulness of the public feed.
- The level is not suitable for the app's audience or does not provide a reasonable trivia experience.
Creators should use reliable, current sources for factual claims, especially where the answer can change over time. If a question has multiple reasonable answers, the wording should define the relevant date, jurisdiction, category, unit, or other needed context.
16. Images, Image-Editing Tools, Names, Avatars, and Profiles
All image and profile elements must comply with every section of these Guidelines. This includes uploaded images, camera captures, selected images, crops, zooms, drawings, blur effects, emojis, symbols, edited mystery images, original reveal images, names, avatars, and other profile information.
- Do not use editing tools to conceal prohibited material, evade review, mislead players, remove ownership marks, or transform acceptable content into abusive or illegal content.
- The edited image and the original reveal image may both be reviewed. A compliant blur or crop does not make a prohibited original acceptable.
- Names and avatars must not contain slurs, sexual content, threats, extremist praise, impersonation, scams, private information, or misleading claims of official status.
- Do not use another person's likeness in a way that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or safety rights.
- Camera and photo-library or gallery permissions are optional and should be used only for the player-initiated image feature for which permission was requested.
Trivarena may reset, replace, restrict, or remove an inappropriate name, avatar, or profile element even when no public level is removed.
17. Classic Mode, Cheating, and Platform Integrity
Classic Mode is primarily an offline trivia experience containing developer-provided levels. Players must not alter local files, saved progress, timers, answer logic, stars, hints, assists, retries, or offline records to obtain unauthorized progress, rewards, achievements, challenge credit, currency, or leaderboard benefits.
Across every mode, do not:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, macros, modified clients, unauthorized plug-ins, emulators configured for abuse, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs, race conditions, duplicate events, clock changes, connectivity behavior, or security vulnerabilities.
- Manipulate IQ, virtual currencies, rewards, plays, solves, likes, rankings, leaderboards, match fees, challenge progress, achievement progress, or creator benefits.
- Create or coordinate multiple accounts to evade restrictions, farm rewards, influence rankings, or distort reports and engagement.
- Access or attempt to access another account, private moderation data, administrative features, Trivarena backend services, payment systems, advertisement systems, or other connected services without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, attack, or interfere with Trivarena or its backend services except where expressly permitted by law and applicable terms.
- Publish or sell exploits, credentials, private configuration, or instructions that make abuse materially easier.
Progress that appears manipulated may be disregarded, corrected, reversed, or removed when the account connects to online services. Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to the contact in Section 25 and must not be exploited.
18. Match Mode and Connected Friend Features
Match Mode may pair a player with another Trivarena player, an eligible connected friend, or a computer-controlled opponent. Competitive play does not permit harassment, deception, collusion, or exploitation.
- Do not collude to manipulate outcomes, rankings, win streaks, rewards, fees, achievements, or challenge progress.
- Do not intentionally disconnect, abandon, delay, or interfere with a match to avoid a loss, deny another player a fair result, or obtain an unfair benefit.
- Do not use multiple accounts, friends, bots, or coordinated opponents to farm wins, participation credit, rewards, or statistics.
- Do not use player names or avatars to communicate prohibited content or target an opponent.
- Do not discover, request, expose, or misuse another player's private account or connection information.
- Do not use connected friend features, including eligible Facebook friend features where available, to spam, pressure, mislead, impersonate, or harass.
19. Achievements, Challenges, Rewards, Purchases, and Advertisements
Achievements, daily or weekly challenges, currencies, help items, rewards, and advertising interactions are intended to recognize genuine activity. Purchases must use authorized purchase flows and advertisements must be interacted with honestly.
- Do not fabricate, duplicate, replay, automate, or falsify gameplay or advertising events.
- Do not manipulate device time, stored data, network state, receipts, validation responses, chargebacks, or transaction status.
- Do not interfere with advertisement delivery, simulate clicks or completions, automate rewarded views, or use deceptive methods to obtain ad-based rewards.
- Do not exploit refunds, failed purchases, pending transactions, regional pricing, or account transfers to retain items without valid payment.
- Do not buy, sell, rent, or transfer accounts, virtual currency, rewards, rankings, or services outside an authorized Trivarena feature.
- Do not encourage another person to misuse payment details, advertising systems, or store processes.
Trivarena may withhold, reverse, or recover rewards, currencies, statistics, entitlements, or progress granted through error, fraud, abuse, or invalid transactions, subject to applicable law and store rules.
20. Sponsorships, Sharing, and Off-Platform Conduct
Sponsored or promoted levels remain subject to the same standards as all other levels. Payment, virtual currency, popularity, creator rank, or engagement does not protect a level from review or removal. Trivarena may remove promotion or sponsorship placement without preserving distribution for content that violates these Guidelines.
When sharing a level or Trivarena content, do not:
- Misrepresent the content, creator, destination, prize, safety, or official status of the shared item.
- Use deceptive links, malicious redirects, spam, repeated unsolicited messages, or false urgency.
- Share content in order to harass, expose, threaten, shame, or coordinate abuse against another person.
- Claim that a personal level or message is an official Trivarena or mKanaan communication.
- Use Trivarena branding, screenshots, or sharing features to facilitate fraud or prohibited commercial activity.
Content shared outside Trivarena may also be governed by the rules of the external service. Trivarena may act on off-platform conduct when there is reliable evidence that it is directly connected to Trivarena and creates a serious risk to players or the service.
PART IV - SAFETY TOOLS AND ENFORCEMENT
21. Reporting, Hiding, and Blocking
Players can report a public level through the in-game Report Level option. The report also identifies the level's creator so that related creator conduct can be reviewed. Use the most accurate available reason. A report may identify the level, reporter, creator, selected reason, relevant level information, and information needed to investigate the concern.
21.1 Submit reports in good faith
Reports are safety signals, not proof that a violation occurred. A single serious report may receive urgent attention; report volume alone does not determine the outcome. Do not submit knowingly false, malicious, retaliatory, repetitive, or coordinated reports. Abuse of reporting tools may result in restrictions.
21.2 Understand the different actions
- Report. Sends the level and associated information to Trivarena for review.
- Hide. Removes a specific level from the reporting player's personal view. It does not automatically remove the level for everyone or suspend the creator.
- Block creator. Hides levels from that creator in the blocking player's personal view, including levels loaded later. It does not automatically suspend or ban the creator.
- Administrative action. A separate Trivarena decision may remove or restrict content across the service or limit the creator's account and features.
Blocked creators may be reviewed and unblocked through the relevant settings where that feature is available. Unblocking a creator does not necessarily restore an individual level that remains separately hidden or has been removed by Trivarena.
22. Moderation, Review, and Enforcement
Trivarena may manually review reported or otherwise identified content and relevant account activity. Not every public level is reviewed before publication, and a report may not be reviewed immediately. Trivarena aims to review concerns within a reasonable time based on severity, available information, and operational capacity, with urgent child-safety, credible-threat, exploitation, and serious illegal-activity concerns prioritized.
A review may consider:
- The question, answers, hint, title or identifier, language, and selected correct answer.
- Uploaded, edited, cropped, blurred, and original reveal images.
- The context, apparent purpose, likely audience, degree of detail, and foreseeable harm.
- The report reason, available evidence, prior content, and enforcement history.
- Whether reports appear reliable, duplicated, coordinated, retaliatory, or abusive.
- The seriousness, immediacy, reach, and legal or platform implications of the concern.
Depending on the circumstances, Trivarena may take one or more actions:
- Take no action when the available information does not establish a violation.
- Issue guidance or a warning.
- Reset, replace, restrict, or remove a player name, avatar, or profile element.
- Reject, hide, de-prioritize, restrict distribution of, or remove a level.
- Remove sponsorship, promotion, sharing, or other feature access.
- Correct, withhold, reverse, or remove manipulated plays, solves, likes, rewards, currencies, rankings, or progress.
- Restrict level creation, reporting, matchmaking, social, purchase-related, or other features.
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account and take reasonable steps to prevent evasion.
- Preserve relevant records or report serious matters to rights holders, app stores, child-protection bodies, law enforcement, or other authorities where required or appropriate.
Trivarena may act without prior warning when necessary to address a serious safety, child-protection, legal, fraud, payment, or security risk. Enforcement may be temporary or permanent. Similar cases can produce different outcomes when severity, context, history, evidence, or risk differs.
23. Repeat Violations, Evasion, and Creator Responsibility
Repeated violations may lead to stronger enforcement even when an individual incident might otherwise result only in a warning or removal. Relevant patterns include:
- Re-uploading removed content or creating substantially similar replacement levels.
- Changing a crop, blur, emoji, spelling, answer, title, account, or identifier in order to evade a prior decision.
- Using alternate accounts or other people to continue activity during a restriction.
- Repeated harassment, privacy violations, copyright infringement, low-quality spam, false reporting, manipulation, or security abuse.
- A pattern of conduct that creates an unacceptable risk to players, the community, or the service.
If content is removed, do not republish it unless the underlying issue has been genuinely corrected and republication is permitted. Attempts to conceal or evade the reason for removal may result in additional restrictions.
Trivarena does not guarantee the continued availability of any level, account, sponsorship, statistic, ranking, reward, or user-generated-content feature. Features or content may be modified, restricted, or discontinued for safety, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, technical reliability, moderation, or product reasons.
24. Appeals, Rights Complaints, and Urgent Safety
24.1 Appeal a moderation decision
To request review of a moderation action, email [email protected] and include, where available:
- Your Trivarena player name and PlayFab or account ID.
- The affected level ID or short ID.
- The date and nature of the action.
- A clear, truthful explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
- Relevant evidence, including evidence that you own or are authorized to use disputed material.
An appeal does not guarantee restoration and generally does not pause an enforcement action. Appeals must be respectful and truthful. Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, repetitive, or spam submissions may be closed without further response.
24.2 Submit an intellectual-property or rights complaint
A rights complaint should identify the protected work, trademark, likeness, privacy interest, or other right; the specific Trivarena content, level ID, or short ID at issue; why the use is unauthorized or unlawful; the complainant's contact information and authority to act for the rights holder; and a good-faith statement with supporting evidence of ownership or authorization.
Trivarena may request more information and may restrict disputed material during review. Knowingly submitting a false rights complaint may violate these Guidelines and applicable law.
24.3 Urgent safety
The in-game report system and email are not emergency services. If there is an immediate risk of death, physical harm, child abuse, trafficking, or another emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority first. You may also report the related Trivarena content so that the service can take platform action. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, suspected illegal images, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
25. Changes and Contact
Trivarena may update these Guidelines to reflect new features, new risks, community needs, legal or regulatory developments, app-store requirements, and changes to moderation, reporting, hiding, blocking, or account controls. The revised version will display an updated effective date or policy version. Renewed acknowledgement may be required before a player can publish additional user-generated content.
For ordinary content-safety reports, use the in-game Report Level option where available because it includes the level information needed for review. For questions, moderation concerns that cannot be submitted in the app, appeals, rights complaints, or private security reports, use the contact below. Send only the information reasonably necessary to understand and address the issue.
